Computers and parts can be returned if not completely satisfied within 14 days.
Conditions:
- All original contents must be returned, cables, disks, manuals, etcs.
- Merchandise must not be damaged. If merchandise was damaged via shipping, a claim
...should be filed with the shipper for reimbursement.
-We must receive the merchandise at our office within 14 days.
- Please call in advance to receive a return merchandise agreement number prior to shipping.
Software and computer supplies cannot be returned.
All computers, parts, and software are new. After our 14 day return policy has expired, if you experience a
problem with your merchandise, you may contact the manufacturer for warranty service or a replacement.
